A lovely Louis XVI marble and ormolu pendule, signed on the original enamel dial Paliard A PARIS, c. 1780. The week-going movement has a going train with anchor escapement and silk-suspended pendulum, and a half-hour striking train governed by a countwheel and indicating the time on a bell. The clock is fully restored and comes with a two-year guarantee.
