A French Brass Skeleton Alarm Timepiece with Date Indication, mid 19th Century
6-cm enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals, Breguet hands, subsidiaries for alarm and date below, the skeletonized movement with Brocot escapement and silk suspended pendulum, alarm striking on a bell mounted in the ebonized oval base under a glass dome.
