Nr. 169. An extremely fine Empire clock, �Vivat Bacchus� and the grape harvest, circa 1810.
The bronze depicts Bacchus with horse and carriage and the grape harvest. Clock of eight day duration, housed in a wonderful case � composition, gilt and part-patinated bronze. A horse and vehicle with barrels grapes and Bacchus. The grape harvest. Bacchus on top of the barrel - clock and grapes barrels. The movement with anchor escapement, silk thread suspension, striking on the hour and half hour on a single bell. Original gilding. Extremely rare and fine Empire clock. Nr. 169. Een uitzonderlijke Empire pendule, �Vivat Bacchus� en de wijnoogst, circa 1810.
De voorstelling toont Bacchus met rijtuig en paard en de druivenoogst.Achtdaags uurwerk in een unieke brons compositie, ten dele verguld en gepatineerd brons. Een paard met rijtuig met tonnen met druiven en Bacchus op de tijd en wijnton. Druivenoogst. Bovenop de ton met het uurwerk staat Bacchus, daaronder het rijtuig beladen met druiventonnen. Uurwerk met ankergang, slinger met draadophanging en slagwerk van de uren en half uur op een bel.
Met de originele vergulding. Uiterst zeldzame Empire klok. HBD 40x38x14,5 cm. Prijs op aanvraag.
